Made from LaCrescent, a Minnesota varietal produced from St. Pepin X Muscat Hamburg parentage. This white wine, made in the traditional Germanic style, has intense apricot and muscat aromas and an appealing late harvest elegance reminiscent of a spatlese Riesling. Serve with sauerbraten, hasenpfeffer, pork, and medium to sharp blue and smoked cheese. Also makes a bright flavorful sauce for fish, poultry, and pork.
