A Seyval Blanc is a traditional French dry white, delicate fruit, barrel aged in French oak. The grape clusters are large and golden; the finished wine is almost colorless - and brilliantly clear. The wine has a light grassiness and delicate fruit aroma. A small cuvee of this wine is made each season and sells out quickly. It is a lovely wine to serve with a meal or for sipping.

Serve with fish, poultry, or pork.
