Relativity was premiered at the 2006 Nobel Conference held at Gustavus Adolphus College, St. Peter, Minnesota. The conference theme was in celebration of the 100th anniversary of Einstein's Theory of General Relativity.

Light in body, with a touch of sweetness and a delicate tropical bouquet, this Morgan Creek favorite is made with the Frontenac Gris grape developed by the University of Minnesota.

The grape is a single bud mutation yielding an amber colored juice. Frontenac Gris wines present aromas of peach and apricot with hints of enticing citrus and tropical fruit. It’s a refreshing wine with unique and complex flavors.

At the Nobel Conference banquet attended by 600, Relativity (the wine) was paired with Breast of Chicken and creamy white mushroom sauce. The pairing was enthusiastically received.

Relativity serves with poultry, fish, pork, salads, or sweet cheeses.
