Meet our beloved "Pit Bitch." This year, Lacey is supervising the Imu Pit Oven, a unique method of cooking a whole pig for the Stomp New Ulm celebration. Overseeing every part of the process (which is from farm to table in the same day), Lacey lends to the event a well-earned reputation in local cuisine.

Lacey opened Lola's (named after her one year old daughter) in March of 2009. In those 8 years she has grown Lola's into a regional favorite for dynamite taste, unique recipes and good value. Her work with Lola's also involves operating the exciting Lola Food Truck -- a welcome presence at more and more events in Southern Minnesota. She is also the exclusive caterer at the New Ulm Event Center and the Grand Kabaret.

Morgan Creek Vineyards is proud to have Jim for the ninth year in a row hosting our "Say Cheese, Savor the Wine" event at the Oct. 7 Stomp.

Well-known as a go-to guy for all things cheese, Jim has been the cheese buyer at the St. Peter Food Co-op since 2005. His expertise has turned the co-op into the area’s best source for artisan cheese shopping.

That’s the result of Jim’s diligent work sourcing, encouraging and promoting the wide variety of artisan and farmstead cheeses produced in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa.
