Taste of Elegance is the Minnesota Chef competition sponsored annually by the Minnesota Pork Producers. The event is held at the Hiton Hotel Downtown Minneapolis, MN. Fifteen Chef's competed in this year's competition held on January 19 - 6:30 - 8:00 pm.
